Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products.
  • Opened software, downloadable products, or digital goods.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at shop@famorinsidellc.com or fill out the Contact Form on our website to initiate a return request.
  2. Get Return Authorization
    We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions. Returns without authorization may be delayed or refused.
  3. Pack & Ship
    Securely package your items, include the RAN, and send them to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
